Dr. Elizabeth Borer
Dr. Borer is a faculty member in the OSU Zoology Department. Her research probes the community-level ecological interactions of grassland habitats from California to Oregon. A significant portion of her lab's research involves identifying and documenting the arthropod diversity in various parts of these habitats. In addition to community ecology, Dr. Borer is also involved in research surrounding insect-vectored disease. The collection is a resource both to help with identifications and as a voucher repository.
