Dr. Peter McEvoy
Dr. Peter McEvoy's research involves the use of insects and pathogens as a means to control invasive weeds in the Pacific Northwest. Focusing on the ecological interactions between insects and plants, Dr. McEvoy's lab uses OSAC's holdings and the information on the specimen labels therein to help with determinations and native species distributions. Dr. McEvoy and his students have also made use of the collection as a repository for voucher material.
